Berg with Chocolates Anthon reviews
I’m another reader who can’t even begin to understand why this book was so popular, or why people rave about Gruen’s writing. I thought the writing was mediocre at best, and that the plot, narration, and dialogue were BORING! Plus, the characters aren’t very likable, and the frequent graphic sex scenes are completely unnecessary. I tried to like this book, and I tried to finish it, but I really couldn’t, on either count.

For 11 years, since diagnosed with angina, I kept telling doctors I did not have a heart problem, but a FLOW problem. They didn’t listen. (When do doctors listen? LOL) Finally, Dr. Braverman points this out is this superb book. And provides a solution that is simple, incredibly effective, reasonable in cost, painless, done out patient style, rapid in its effects and easy to accept both intellectually and emotionally. That this technique, known for over 60 years, has not been widely promoted by the AMA, is an indictment of that organization.
The book also speaks to many other diseases which can be positively affected by EECP. And Dr. Braverman also discusses the benefits to those who are “healthy.”
A superb book. Get it.
