Mouse Marathon Wireless Logitech ok or not
I love this mouse. It connects fast, has a small USB-stick and works perfectly. It also has 4 extra buttons.

Think of DBTech Mini Wireless Bluetooth ?
Bought this product for my son who competes in triathlons. He loves it and uses it each time he trains and competes. He is constantly thanking me and telling me how much he enjoys using it. He is able to show me his routes while we chat on Skype and he can share his training and competition information with his friends on Facebook. Two thumbs up for this item!

Mad about Linksys Wireless Cisco N
This review is being written 8/7/2010 for Amazon.com
I’ve owned three of these. One died and was out of warranty so I bought a new one which has been running for a couple of months. The third one was defective out of the box. It would not retain its configuration across a power cycle. Overall, I’d expect a better level of quality from Cisco.
As others have mentioned, one weak point of the design is the length of the AC power cord. This limits your location. Also, I have used the wireless capability and it’s not 100% rock solid for the connection. This is not an issue if the device is conveniently located in your house where you can power cycle it if it locks up. However, for a remote location this becomes problematic. Some people put these devices on a timer to power cycle them once a day.
It’s better to use the wired vs. wireless connection on this camera, again for more reliability.
The camera mount does not allow a 90 degree tilt of the camera with respect to the wall due to the bulky camera body hitting the wall.
Security-wise, the connection to the camera uses http not https, so the video data is not encrypted. Neither is the userid and password that you use to login. Those hackers who stumble upon the camera’s IP address will get a display telling them the name and brand of the camera. With this information, the hacker than can look up the product information on the Internet to see default login information and other parameters and functions. This may not be a concern, but I mention it.
The camera does not have any night vision capability, nor does it have low-light capability. The resolution of the image is sufficient for an overall view but not for identifying people’s faces for police purposes, for example.
Configuration-wise, I’d recommend getting a computer-savvy friend to set this up. Change the administrator login and add another user login for video viewing purposes not related to administration. I’d recommend using a wired conne

Review about CA8900 Intermatic Wireless InTouch
Great price on amazon.com . Better price than on [...] . Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007 does a decent job. Nice software for college students. I would recommend this software to buy on amazon.com and enjoy.

Bluetooth HID Wireless Keyboard line
It connected to my IPhone 3gs(v4) the first time and it gives you a unique 4 digit pin on the phone’s screen each time you pair so you don’t have to remember the code. This keyboard is the perfect size (just longer than a dollar bill); any smaller and it would be too small and any larger it wouldn’t be as portable. The keys are only slightly smaller than a regular keyboard which means you can place both hands on the keys with the j and f home keys (big hands could be a problem). It take a little practice because there is no shift key on the right side so touch typers must remember to shift with the left. Most of the special keys (;-::”?) are Fn keys not in their normal locations but all of the alpha and numeric are standard. The Keys lack the slant found on the standard keyboard which take a little getting up to speed so don’t expect 80 wpm out of the box – it’s a learning curve. Your techo friends will be green with envy.

G Linksys Compact Wireless for good
Like many others I have always thought of Linksys as a reputable company with a decent product for the cost. This is definately not the case with the Linksys Compact Wireless-G Internet Video Camera I have owned this camera for a while now and after many wasted hours of trying to get it to work reliably I have given up. Sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. Even when it does work the picture is fuzzy and forget about getting a usable picture in any type of low light environment. Spend a bit more and get a better quality product. You will be wasting your money with this one.

Happy on 1131AG Aironet Cisco wireless
I recommend this product. The 1 star review is incorrect. This device absolutely does support OPEN WEP (everything from open public network, MAC filtering, to full blown RADIUS servers), plus a host of other security types. In fact, this is an extremely feature rich wireless device for what the cost is.
Note, if you want to support wireless roaming and mobility (jumping from one AP to another without re-authenticating) you will want to read up on WDS: [...]
Also, these devices are not for the faint of heart. Ideally, you need to get familiar with Cisco IOS CLI before taking on too much, but I will say the GUI is pretty straight forward and even for a newbie a basic WPA single cell network could be setup in minutes

Crazy on N Wireless High USB
This item is cheap and there is a reason why. Bad, slow signal/connection pickup.
The only good thing is the easy Setup…

I like High Speed Mode Wireless
I got 4 e-readers, Aluratek (5 inch screen), Kindle 2 (6 inch screen) , Kindle DX (9 inch screen), and I got Sony Daily Edition (even though it’s not officially sold in Canada – I ordered it from United States) – (7 inch screen).
In spite of the newest technology, I don’t find e-ink to be identical to reading a paper book and reading books on digital reader may take a bit of getting used to. I think I might have liked if I could adjust the shade of the paper on kindle and make it a bit whiter – though the reading ease also depends on the light source -I find it easier to read with more light around. However, I am thrilled with the purchase of all the e-readers I got – I use kindle readers for books purchased on amazon, and the other 2 readers for everything else.
I am addicted to books and I have over 5,000 books in my apartment which I couldn’t put all on shelves so they are piled in marked archive boxes – even so. It is a real pain getting to the books and my living space got really sparse due to all the books. I am really looking forward to gradually replacing as many paper books with books in a digital format.
Throughout my life whenever I’d go anywhere, I couldn’t resist carrying a small pile of books with me. My shoulder would feel as if it were going to fall off from the weight. Now, I can carry a pile of books in a small digital reader. I’m in heaven.
Even though there is a branch of amazon in Canada, and amazon.ca offers free shipping of books, amazon.ca also offers a smaller selection of books in paper format and I’d find myself frequently ordering books from amazon.com. The shipping charges would sometimes almost equal the price of the book, so the idea that I can just download the books is already saving me tons of money.
I like the idea that I can preview the books before buying them. Often when I’m researching a topic I’d buy even 10 – 20 books on the topic, some of which I’d like and find helpful, some of which I really wouldn’t care t

Wireless Kensington Notebook Ci65m series
I bought this awesome Garmin a few weeks ago, and absolutely love it! I don’t leave home without it! There are a lot of cool features that I’m still learning about but it was so easy to start up right out of the box. The display is easy to read and you can set your own preferences for number of fields on each display screen. Comes with everything you need to connect to your PC. I haven’t tried the heartrate monitor yet but it, too, looks easy to use. I’ve worn it in the rain with no trouble. Battery life is great and it charges up from almost dead in a couple of hours. I love the “auto pause” when you have to stop for traffic or some other reason. It gets a satelite signal pretty quickly, within 1 or 2 minutes. I usually put it on my window sill while getting ready and it finds the signal from there. All in all, it’s a fantastic deal with the heartrate monitor!
