I purchased the Microsoft Office from Amazon and am very happy with the purchase. It works like a charm and has been very useful. While I have used Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint in the past, I had never used Microsoft One Note. After using Microsoft One Note, I have started loving it. It has helped me keep my thoughts organized and is a well thought out product.

I would have loved to have “Microsoft Outlook” as part of package. This would have helped me manage appointments from within Microsoft One Note.

One user license would have worked better for me.

Nevertheless ‘Microsoft Office” is a wonderful product!

AICPA women s summit

I suppose I will be labeled a religious fanatic, because I gave this book one star. Oh well, one star anyway.
This book is completely misleading on the nature of God and our relationship to him. Just consider the book on its own terms. Essentially the being portrayed as God in the book tries to convince the author that he has been reincarnated a number of times, and that the 10 commandments are easy to follow if you just realize your dignity in being a god. “God” mentions John 10:34, which includes the words “ye are gods”, and twists the meaning to prove that the author is a god. Obviously this is something lots of people like to hear, but we are creatures anyway.
Much of this book is “ear-candy” because it *sounds* so good. Things like, there is no hell, only bad choices which make you feel small or bad. We can make anything happen through positive thinking. There is no right or wrong, there is no original sin, etc.
Oddly enough, at one point God says no one should drink alcohol in any form. Now keeping with the philosophy of the book, wouldn’t that be a value judgement? According to the rest of the book we are to make decisions based on our *own* experiences, not what other people, religious entities think. When the author mentions that Jesus drank wine, “God” responds that everyone makes mistakes, even Jesus. What!!? As you can see the book is not even cohesive in its own wacky world. “God” mentions the Crucifixion of Jesus, and how Jesus saves us… but what did he save us from? The only “bad” thing we can possibly do is negative or “wrong” thinking. Jesus didn’t do a very good job saving us from *that*, if all religions before Neale Donald Walsch have been wrong.
I want to leave you with one final point. If the “God” portrayed in this book is so kind and loving, and this book is really *new* information, why has God let us wallow in stupidity for thousands of years until our “savior” Neale Donald Walsch came to show us the light? The God I know
The Leadership Summit Vol

i bought this for my sister but her husband bought her an IPAD so she did not want to keep it. I decided to return this and when I submitted to return the item, it said i had till august 19th. amazon claims august 13th. i say lies. i am not happy that they penalized me by charging me a restocking fee over 20%. not cool at all. i was going to buy another one since the price is $139.00 now but $189.00 when i bought it for my sister. wrote to them about it and i have not heard from them. no response. no customer service. because of this incident, they can keep their kindle, i’m buying an IPAD!!!!!!
Transportation summit recommends rail

I have another generic mp3 player and it’s ok for music, but this does so much more! Like other people have said, this is a mini-computer! I have over 4000 songs, 16 movies, tons of apps, etc and still have space left! Only complaint is battery life, especially while gaming, using the wifi or watching movies. It’s great with music, but those other uses kill the battery quick!

Skinner offers an interesting twist to the standard “set goals” strategy for personal and business success. According to Skinner, it is better to establish outlandish goals and motivate yourself to achieve something above the common “10% above last years sales,” approach.

Skinner’s ideas are clearly presented and successfully motivate the reader to re-attempt the goal approach to superior performance. While I am weary of being told to set goals, I enjoyed testing his hypothesis that setting outlandish goals will generate brainstorming and subconcsious thinking that wil help you reach these new goals. Set a goal to read this book. If nothing else, you will be reminded that goals (as we are always told according to some ancient Yale study)can help you achieve new heights in your career or personal aspirations.
Beyond the Summit Setting

You can’t lose (unless you want to!) with this bathroom scale. The price is so reasonable, and the product delivers. It is lightweight, doesn’t take up much room, looks clean and nice, and works wonderfully. Nothing fancy, just accurate,consistent readings, with a very easy to read display. Would highly recommend this scale!
Summit powwow at Canyon

I have had several pedometers in the past, but was never satisfied with their performance. A friend recommended the Omron HJ-112. It is the best pedometer I have ever used. It is easy to calibrate, read, operate and very accurate. I like using the clip on holder and safety clip when wearing the pedometer. It is also very handy to just stick in your pocket, too. I like that it gives you aerobic steps and total steps. i am very pleased and second my friend’s recommendation!

I bought this for my PS3 to connect to my new 40 Inch LCD TV and it worked out perfectly! Not only did I get a nice affordable cable but it worked perfectly! There’s not much of a lag and the images and sounds, sound great!
Nuclear Security Summit continues

Not impressed. Ordered unused, got used (in more ways than one). Key code was scratched off. Contacted Amazon for exchange, was simply told to contact Microsoft tech support, nothing more. Won’t do this with Amamzon again.
