Say hi to 5000 S D AllerAir

Just like the battery commercial.. it keeps on going… and it resets itself every night.. it does not fall out of the pocket.. easily clips to soft fabric and does NOT injury the outfit.. it does not have to lay at a specific angle, walking friends liked it so much we got two more.. love this little step counter and it is so much more if you want to use all the features but you will not loose this one like so many others I have had with a belt clip that always has to sit just so.. or would not work with soft fabric and no belt.. tuck it in anywhere and it works just fine.yes it has a belt clip for those who prefer it. I, like everyone else, heard great stories about this amazing de-shedding tool, so I bought one and have tried it a dozen or so times on my American Eskimo dog. She looks like a giant snowball, an oversized Pomeranian or a miniature Samoyed for those of you who have never seen one – and as you can imagine, she has LOTS of hair and sheds tumbleweeds year round.
When I got this brush out of the package, the first thing I did it run it down my own arm to make sure it isn’t painful like those pin brushes (which I bet you will stop using once you try them on yourself). It it actually fairly uncomfortable when you test it on yourself, because the blades are very sharp, so even though they are aligned in such a way as to provide a largely flat grooming surface, they still scrape and scratch quite a bit. That being said, dogs have thicker, tougher skin than people (well, most dogs) and can handle a bit more roughness. So I tried it out on my Eskimo.
I fully admit that it did work as advertised, for which I’ll give it credit. The undercoat comes out little by little, in tiny poofs of wispy hair. If you groom for 15 minutes, you’re completely covered in wispy hair that is soft and impossible to gather up and throw away. After 5 minutes she was noticeably uncomfortable, after 10 minutes she was shewing on me and acting fussy, after 15 minutes she started making little whining noises, and after 20 minutes she was practically biting my arm in annoyance. She never likes grooming much, but she really did not care for this tool. It rips the undercoat out in small bits. I wouldn’t care for it either if it were me. I did get a lot of hair out of my dog, but she wouldn’t come to me for half a day afterward because she appeared to feel mistreated by the grooming session.
Each successive session was about the same. I knew I wasn’t really hurting her, but rather causing her quite a bit of discomfort, so I made sessions 10 minutes or less after that to minimize the soreness that apparen

What people think about 1360 D DAP Link

It came in the mail yesterday and I had it up and running in about 15 mins. So installation gets 5 stars. And it definitely works as an extender as I am now getting full signal strength upstairs in my bedroom while the router is in the far corner of the basement. All appeared to be good until I started to do more than surf the internet. I couldn’t hold a connection to my company’s VPN and I kept losing connection when I tried to download podcasts to itunes. I unplugged it and I haven’t seen the problem since, so it has to be the extender causing the issue. It not only causes a problem with my laptop upstairs, but any computer on the network. The D-Link forum has several complaints with the same issue, but D-link has yet to respond to these complaints. The closest I saw to a recommended fix was in their Knowledgebase – they recommended changing the “Preamble” setting to “short” (default is “long”) for busy networks or for downloading large files. I will try this when I get home tonight and see if this corrects the issue.

UPDATE: 5/26/2010 – I switched the Preamble to “short” and that did nothing to solve my problem. Back to the ol’ drawing board! Next stop, tech support. Ugh!

UPDATE: 6/3/2010 – I emailed customer support a week ago and have heard nothing. Also, they have failed to respond to their own customer forum regarding this same issue. Lame, very lame. They leave me no option but to return this item.

Take away Tools K D 265

I’ve waited a life time for a vacuum like the Hoover Tempo Widepath! I’ve purchased 4 in the last 8 years, and none of them could come close to the performance of this little darling. And, I can’t believe that it works so well, but costs so little. I never expected such a GREAT product at this price point! As wonderful as the Tempo is, it does have 2 small negatives. 1., the cord is too short, 2. the attachement hose is also too short, and it sucks-in on it’s self. Annoying…yes, but forgiveable because otherwise this vacuum sucks it’s butt off! Cat hair on my carpet is now a thing of the past!

Do you really like LEGACY SHAPED D DUAL ?

It’s fine. Easy to install and works good. I had to get a new program because my laptop crashed and I had to get a new one. Since the program only allows it to be installed on 3 computers; I had originally loaded it on my laptop, my daughter’s laptop, and my home computer, I couldn’t install the program again. It would be nice if we could have used my original program on my new laptop.

I purchased this card (Transcend SDHC 4GB) to use in my new Dell Mini netbook specifically for Readyboost.

The Readyboost feature in Windows 7 actually works unlike Vista. If you are unaware of the Readyboost feature, it basically enables your PC to use a memory card “like” RAM. It actually takes advantage of Windows Superfetch technology.

A high speed card is neccessary to use the Readyboost feature. This card is working perfectly for this purpose.

When you plug the card into your reader, Windows 7 will prompt you if you are wishing to use this for Readyboost or other purposes.
If you select the Readyboost option, Windows will tell you this card is not qualified for Readyboost.
This is because this card does not come formatted in the required NFTS format. Just right-click on the card under “My Computer”, then left-click “format”, select the NFTS format and your good to go. BTW, make sure the “Quick Format” box is checked.
After formatting is complete right click the card under “My Computer” again and select properties. In the new window that pops up.
You will see a tab marked “Readyboost”, click on it. From there, tou will have the option to allocate some of the free space on the card or there’s even a box where you can dedicate the card for Readyboost.

Hello 4 D Zyex Addario

A co-worker mentioned this book to me during what seemed like an ordinary conversation. Little did I know that the conversation would change my life by leading me to this book. Since reading this book, I’ve read Book 2, “When Everything Changes, Change Everything”, and “Happier Than God”. I’m now reading Book 3 and “New Revelations” is next. (I’ve actually read some of “New Revelations”; loaned to me by another co-worker and loved it so much, I ordered my own.) That my short attention span has allowed me to read and absorb so much over the past few months is a testament to the powerful messages in these books. Some of the information is redundant but only because it is relevant to different messages throughout the books. These books are for those who believe (or want to believe) that God is a loving, accepting God. The author talks about quantum theory in ways that anyone could understand. If you have read Deepak Chopra or Wayne Dyer and not been able to “get it”, read Neale Donald Walsch. I will re-read Chopra and Dyer after finishing my Walsch books, as I’m sure I’ll get more from them now.
