I recieved this exactly on the date that was estimated. Package was not damaged and program has worked great.

I bought this in the time frame to upgrade to the 2010 version when it was available. There was no instructions sent how to do this when it became available. I was able to do an internet search and found the instruction and the upgrade was a breeze.

Bought this card for a Panasonic ZS7 camera and have had no problems. The card works just as well as two other memory cards I have of different brands. I like the capacity of this card and don’t think I’ll have to worry about filling it up. This has happened to me with 4gb cards.

I read the reviews on this, and decided to get it, even though other people had some issues with it. I have had no issues, and I’ve been using it a LOT for at least 4 months. I’ve had no problems with it and I definitely am glad that I bought it.

I liked the previous model iPod Shuffle better than this because, I strongly dislike the fact that the controls for the thing are built into the ear buds. This forces me to use only these specialized ear buds. These ear buds are so expensive that you might as well buy a new iPod Shuffle rather than replace the ear buds. All ear buds are rather fragile and can get damaged easily. It so happens that this particular iPod Shuffle is in the process of return due to defective ear buds (and I hope I have no difficulty getting a refund). I have ordered a new one just like it as I’ve gotten to where I don’t like being without one. The previous model is available but, expensive compared to this one. That’s probably because it’s a better designed and more attractive looking model.

The best review on here is from Lissie. I read that and others before purchasing this “steamvac”. Now we all know it is truly not a steamvac. That being said I can only say what a wonderful “carpet cleaner” this is. We have a home in the mountains we purchased 15 years ago. Dirt and dust everywhere. But to add to that we have been in construction for the last 12 years-remodeling, adding on, etc. – lots of sheet rock, sanding and such. Now in a perfect world we would have put the carpet in when we were done, but we needed something on the floor so we could live here during the process. Add to that raising 4 dogs from puppy to old age and numerous kids and grandkids – the carpet has taken a beating. Sad to say I have only shampooed or spot cleaned the carpet and had it cleaned professionally once in that time. I bought this cleaner hoping it would make some of the stains acquired during that time look a little less obvious. Well, not only did it remove most of the stains, it raised the nap of the carpet and it looks beautiful. Did it make it look new again? No. But the difference is like night and day. It was brown from all the dirt. I forgot it was a light beige carpet with darker threads wove in. I first did my living room where the highest traffic was, especially in front of the French Doors. Also pet stains, lots of pet stains. The rest of the carpet came out beautifully, but the area in front of the French Doors I had to do twice. Looks just awesome. I was so excited I couldn’t wait to do another room – so off to the dining room. Again, it turned out beautiful. The suctioning of the water works wonderfully. My carpet dried in one afternoon. The gunk left in the dirty water tank was disgusting as you can imagine. I’m planning on doing the hall and bedroom traffic areas next, but for right now I am enjoying the cleaner carpet in my living and dining room. Now when I vacuum it actually looks vacuumed! I got this drive as a backup and replacement for an older model fantom drive which inexplicably stopped being recognized by any computer. On my first day of loading data onto it, I left the room for a minute and came back to find that one of the cats had knocked it off the desk. Now, I know that the damage user error, but it wasn’t a far fall. About 2 feet onto carpet. After that, the computer wouldn’t recognize it and it was rendered useless. Too-little-too-late, I looked at reviews online and a lot of people were saying they received DOA drives. This leads me to believe that just the slightest bit of jostling will permanently damage these drives. Not a great solution for backup in my opinion. I’ve had other brands which I could travel with in a backpack. I doubt this one would hold up.

I am very happy with my Hoover SteamVac! It has done a great job on my carpet and I am so glad that I bought it through Amazon because they had a low price. It was delivered very quickly and easy to put together. I have had a little problem turning it on with my foot–peddle you must press down on at the bottom of machine–sometimes it works and sometimes it will not press down, so I use my hand. I have two dogs and light carpet so it did a great job and my carpets look like new!
