I bought this product for my birthday on January 5, 2010. Since that date I’ve had to exchange the Kindle no less than four times! One wouldnt let me hear audiobooks, two had battery problems, one fell from my bed and shattered (my bed being like a foot tall, so not a big distance). I am not pleased.

Takes a little bit to get used to the “ribbon” toolbars. Helpful in writing papers. Lots of good features for all. Note: If you are going to send documents to others, most don’t have this version or higher, so remember to click the “save as” button and the more common older edition years button for Word 97-2003, so that they don’t have compatability problems.

The Help is a bit schmaltzy, but it is still an entertaining read and a well written one. The women of this book really do come alive in your mind as you read. As it comes to its inevitable conclusion it all seems a bit forgettable, but it was touching nonetheless.

I’ve owned my Kindle for about 18 months and it’s AMAZING! I have probably read twice as many books in that time as I would have otherwise. I love the convenience of having so many books stored in one small device. My husband recently bought me an Ipad for my birthday & now I can also read my Kindle books on my Ipad. If you don’t have a Kindle, GET ONE! It’s worth every penny – and it costs less now than it did when I bought mine!

This works much better than the suction cup mounts which always seem to fall. My only complaint is that with time the bottom becomes smooth, rather than “friction-y” causing the unit to slide around the dashboard, making it unusable. In fairness, this occurred after two years of sitting on my dashboard, often parked in the hot sun. I have not found a more durable/functional mounting solution for my garmin.

So often I wonder when buying a product like this if it will work with Linux. The short answer is yes it does. Install pyTrainer and GPSbable and your good to go.

The watch itself is good too. It has more feature than I had time to explore. I use it to chart my run times and distances. When used on a Linux box it will track your path on google maps and keep daily / Monthly / Yearly workouts and allow you to graph your heart rate, distances, times, and elevation change. The only downside is that the watch is a little bulky.

A note on the Heart Rate Monitor: It has to be moist to work. This is no problem once you get going and warm up, but it’s spotty at best until you heat up.

First off, let me start by saying I do 100% believe these are actual conversations with God. I don’t think he made it up to try to persuade people of anything, I do believe these are the words of God. I can’t wait to read the second one. It’s interesting for someone like me to rad q book like this becuase it gave me more of an idea what/who God is really about. I’m understanding a lot more how s/he works and operates and this along with others ( books and personal experiences) had made me 100% a believer again.
